Please follow the procedures below:

1. Give me a call or message to arrange a date for the consultation, if i am unavailable please leave a message and I will return your call.
    

2. Please then fill in the Questionnaire  & pay deposit this must be done within 24 hours to confirm the date, if this is not completed then the date will become available again.(Please fill in the Questionnaire fully even if we have discussed the issues over the phone)
    

3. A non refundable deposit of £50 will be required this can be either via:

6. Credit card - can be used via pay pal

7. The remainder can be via Bank transfer ,Credit card or Cash on the day.

8. 7 days notice must be given for any change in dates failing this we will then require another deposit to be paid.                   

9. “Ready for the consultation”  please have a packet of cocktail/party sausages available ,as long as your dog is not averse to these if so then please get some of your dogs favourite treats (ideally soft treats). All consultations will start at 9am unless otherwise discussed.
